Industry 4.0 Augmented and Virtual Reality

Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) optimize the entire industrial process, from design to the market launch of the finished product. With this goal in mind, we have initiated a project to implement Augmented Reality within Focus Quality, in collaboration with our partners and suppliers.

Our Project: INDUSTRY 4.0 AUGMENTED REALITY AND VIRTUAL REALITY

Through operation control, using Mixed Reality (MR), which is a visualization technology combining augmented reality to enhance maintenance and assisted adjustments. A technician in front of the machine is guided in their operations by information displayed in Mixed Reality on the Hololens headset, tablet, PC, or other dedicated device. This provides a real advantage in terms of safety and efficiency.

Industrial Maintenance and Real-Time Quality Control

Augmented Reality offers numerous possibilities for training industrial teams. Whether for assembly, maintenance, or quality control, these applications not only allow for prior training but also assist operators during their tasks.
